What is a mind map?

A mind map is where you put down initial ideas but adding things to ideas by branching of your original ideas.

What is a risk assessment ?

A Risk assessment is a document where you lay out what risks there are who they would effect and how much of a risk are low, medium or high risk.

What is a production proposal ?

A proposal is like a summary of what you want to make and what your film or project will be about and this will ask important questions about your production.

What is a location recce ?

A location recce is a document that is made when looking for a location to film it will ask questions to see if the location is suitable it will have pictures of the location and check if you can get permission to film there.

What is a storyboard ?

A storyboard is where you have different scenes sketched out so you have an idea of what they should look like when you film them. they can also have text written underneath the images of the script of of what is appending in the image/scene.

What is a shotlist and what is its purpose ?

A shot list is a document of different shots in order that you will be using in your production each shot will be labelled and it will tell you what will be happening in the shot and what type of shot you will be using for that. its purpose is so you and your crew know what you need to film and it will ensure you get everything  filmed that needs to be filmed.

What is a permission to film form and why could it be necessary ?

A permission to film form is given to someone who is going to be in your production they will have to sign this to show that they agree for them top be in your production and you can do what you need to do with the video that they are in. This is necessary to protect from from any legal problems if they say they did not give you permission you will have proof that they agreed.
